With a menu brimming with Menorcan tapas, curated with love and passion using fresh local ingredients, the dining experience was truly a delight.Leo's creative expertise was evident in the regularly updated dishes, showcasing the best of the market's seasonal produce. I couldn't resist indulging in two of his specialties, each bursting with unique flavors and textures that left a lasting impression.The atmosphere at the restaurant was warm and inviting, mirroring the genuine hospitality of the staff. Whether savoring the tapas selection by the poolside or enjoying a refreshing drink recommended by the attentive bar staff, every moment was a culinary journey to remember.And while breakfast at a nearby bar overlooking the bay provided a picturesque start to the day, it was the inventive dishes at the hotel's restaurant that truly captured the essence of Menorcan cuisine.
